Goddamn! It's...

Spam. That's raw and cool. The cool lads of
Masters Of Spam pride themselves in being Holland's merciless butchers of notorious hits, especially if these date back to the groovy Seventies. "Spam", not as in shitty emails, but as in: twin guitar solos, glam rock outfits and covers with a twist. Check out the album 'Hit Groupies' to get a taste!

The playlist includes campy covers, transformed into whatever the Masters fancy. Usually this means: faster and louder. Sometimes the lyrics are not quite what they were either. Spam covers are clearly recognizable, but there's always a punk rock twist. Short and heavy is the standard. Except for the Mad-ley, which consists of 35 Top1000 hits in 15 minutes sharp! And than there's of course the originals that are up to Spam standards already (by for example Thin Lizzy, Sweet, Alice Cooper). The band keeps these in tact.

Sounds good? Well, if you expect technical virtuosity, don't hire Masters of Spam. But if you want tongue-in-cheek heavy glam rock, including campy outfits and over the top guitar posing, call them! The band offers all night entertainment every time and rockers love it. Hell yeah! Plenty of shoegazing musicians already!
